Good dove shotgun

^buy one of his guns. I have never gotten along better with any gun than an 1100. The Beretta is a smoother action but you will NEVER meet a gun that shakes your hand in a gentlemanly way on a dove field than an 1100. Classy, easy on the shoulder, patterns well. I’ll never forget the unmistakeable “cha-chang” of the bolt cycling felt on my shoulder while watching a grey rocket crumple just beyond the front bead. Writing this makes me feel bad I don’t shoot it more often. Maybe the teary-eyed nostalgia of granddaddy’s gun (the only scattergun he ever felt he needed to own) clouds my judgement. Maybe I have nicer, prettier guns, but if I had to choose only one....

I want to thank everybody that commented on this and offered what they had and advice to boot.
I went ahead and bought on of the 12 gauge Remington 870's that Walmart has for $139.
I know it's not a Beretta or nothing but it should get me through dove season and I couldn't pass up a deal.
I appreciate the input from y'all
I should be good to go.
Thanks again!

I have a nice 12ga Remington 1100 listed for $450, fixed mod choke, which is ideal for dove. You can't reach the high flyers with an IC choke. And no grimy choke tubes to clean.
