Good morning from Grady Memorial Hospital

Morning Sir! Cody is going to need a special program. They do offer it at the Shepherd center, but I was told yesterday that these 13 people already approved and on the waiting list not much for asking favors for myself, but we do have him accepted into a program in Anniston, Alabama, which will be a much better drive for for all of us, but I did have my heart set on the Shepherd center just because of the reputation the program Cody needs is called the awakening program. A two week program just developed for the brain with meds and physical therapy. If you would reach out to your brother and he could call me or you could call me and just see if there’s a possibility of something working out there. He is probably 7 to 10 days before he’s going to be released from Grady.

Bill, I have reached out to my contact at Shepherd…I sent you a copy of the text and I left him your number. I pray that helps in some way. I know they have to make hard decisions about who gets what spots and they are in great demand because of their expertise and excellence in TBI care. I will keep praying for Cody’s miraculous recovery…like you I want him to walk out of that Grady hospital!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Morning Men! Update's!
Megan is MUCH better! Got to hold the baby last nite! She is walking, talking, and she knows who u are! Thanks to all the prayers!
Cody is still in a terrible way, he is trying to open his eyes, and moving his right side!
He is only on oxygen now! Well and the trech !
His time at GRADY in short now! Will be moving to a 30 day rehab! This will be a intensive program where they will try meds and physical therapy to wake his brain!
Please continue to pray. God will do a miracle and Cody Will awake & walk out of there!
I will start a 2 week class, to learn how to care for Cody’s needs! Cleaning of the trach how to suction the mucus from his lungs, feeding tube, and in & on!
Also work to do on cody house to get it prepared for him coming home!
