Look at the Tri-Star T100 or other models. They are clones of Tangfolio/CZ and are pretty nice pistols for $350.00. The wife of one of my buddies just got one at Academy and had a lot of money left over for some ammo. It shoots accurately, feels good in the hands, looks good and has no malfunctions. The safety is a little tight at first but that was the only thing I noticed. Very good quality Turkish gun. SA/DA.

did you try a ruger p95 or other ruger p series 9mm, they can be carried with the proper holster, are reliable and can be had for your price range
