it was a bit of a joke. I do the same thing and shoot my small primer stuff places where I don't think I'll pick up my brass, and it's a pain to sort (a bit easier now that I have a tray that the small primer stuff sticks up). It was more of let me know where you shoot so I don't pick up more small primer brass.

these days it also comes down to what primers you have! I know some people are switching to "palma" or match rifle rounds so they can use small rifle primers instead of large rifle because of availability/price.

I love small primer 45 acp. When you have a square deal, they are the best because you never have to make changes to your setup when going 9mm to 40sw, to 357/38 spcl and 45 acp

I like them because small primers are easier to find.
