Turns out it's 150 acres and we have exclusive access to cabin as well.
Owner gonna meet with us next weekend to show us property lines.
Lots of coyotes in there as well he says.

Yep. Offers like that don't come along all that often. The days of getting permission to hunt One's land with a mere handshake are just about over unfortunately.
Saw a couple deer Last night.
Buddy let a small doe walk and I think I had a wary buck sneeking around my stand in last light....just didn't give me a good look at it.
