Got any Good Grill'in recipes?

Looking for some good grill recipes. I want something new. I am going to be doing a small family cook out next weekend and I want to grill something to wow the family. I am not asking for your deeply guarded family recipes unless you feel so inclined to share.

What's your level of experience? Are you gonna grill or smoke or ?

I have a stander charcoal grill, as far as level of experience I am no master chef but I can cook. And yes is this could be moved that would be great did not know we had a cook spot lol

A little late for you, but,

Grill boneless/skinless chicken breast with bbq sauce of choice, top with a grilled 1/8-1/4" thick slice of ham, and smoother with colby jack cheese. You're welcome!

Last weekend my lady and I hit the 10 year mark and this was my cook, A fat 2 1/2" ribeye and seared scallops.
