Got my first buck the other day.

It's nothing to brag about as far as rack but I sure was proud of it none the less. I shot him at about 90 yards with one of my handloads (nosler ballistic tip 150 grain .30-06 pushed by winchester 760 2800 fps) entrance side shoulder was mostly ruined. Those handloads did their job for sure.

Thanks yall. I'm still planning on shooting a bigger buck to mount on the wall but this one had some good tender meat. And he had a small tumor growing on the side of his face.

oh trust me, I'm the doe slayer atleast that's what they call me at the hunting camp. I've killed many does, just never a buck.
