Holy crap! .58 cents per round before shipping............ I will stick to hand loading it I guess.
From Classicfirearms.com it was $.62 ea. to the front door.
When all I could get was the PPU at $.80 ea. delivered, I considered getting into reloading. A projectile ($.30), powder ($.15), and primer ($.05) added up to $.50 per round.
Starting from scratch it was $300 worth of gear to get started reloading I came up with 1K rounds to break even. At $.62 it's not even worth thinking about anymore.
360 rounds of PPU and 960 rounds of GP11 is probably a lifetime supply of 7.5x55 for me.
I will keep saving my PPU brass anyway.
