Great kid food dish circa 1982 .....3 ingredients.

When I was a kid my Mom would make this for my two brothers and I.

1 lb ground chuck.

Full package of elbow macaroni

Half bottle of Ketchup.


Brown the beef.

Cook noodles.

Add Ketchup.


Mix together.

Enjoy.

Yes! - I think my mom invented hamburger helper back in the 60s. At least we had not heard of the commercial variety of it.
