That Swamp Rat blade is bad ass....like every thing they make.
If you didn't know, here is the deal:
Swamp Rat Knife Works (SRKW) and Scrap Yard Knife Company (SYKCO) are often referred to as "budget Busses," for good reason: both makers started out with the Busse and still have a close relationship. Collaboration and mutual support is a cool thing about the knife making industry.
You can't go wrong with any of their knives!
Keep an eye out in the giveaways section....I'm heading out with some Scouts for Wilderness Survival next weekend to abuse the hell out of a Scrapivore. It will be up for grabs in honor of the gift I received from RugerCeltics13 and the knife FatZombie is making for my wife!

Johnny,
This is a nice little medieval era back-up knife, a variant of the Seax for a wealthy person that didn't need a knife for camp chores as well as battling Vikings, berserkers, etc. (Seaxes were mostly single edged for camp chores as well.) Appropriate for formal occasions where a sword would be considered uncivilized.
....or a nice broad sword for a Hobbit!

I'll post some pics of my scramasax in the knife porn section. It looks like this:
