I'm actually thinking about getting one of these, any reviews from folks here?

It would be a no brainer if there was an easy way to thread the barrel.
I have one. It's eats anything you feed it. I bought the full sized pistol because I wanted a sweet host.
Pros:
-reliable
-accurate
-asthetically pleasing
-lots of aftermarket support (but the link above has everything minus the $50 drum
-always the favorite from the family
-affordable

Cons
-its overly engineered. It's not a copy of the mp5 mechanics, the germans at ATI over complicated the internals. Lots of little parts but again it's reliable so just keep it clean
-mostly plastic
-no threaded barrels available, you'll have to seek a creative smith to thread one for you.
-ATI is not making any more so when they're gone, they're gone. But that was like 5 years ago and there is still an large wharehouse of these
