Gun fever!!!!!!!

Seems like here lately I can not buy enough guns or gun accessories/memorabilia. It's been driving my wife nuts, especially since we are about to have our first child on 29 October, but I just can't help myself. If you have an itch for guns or stuff like that and it drives your wife nuts....then let's hear it! LOL. I'll clarify for everyone on here as well, my wife doesn't hate guns or anything, she just gets tired of me always talking about them or buying them.

Ive been trying to sell one to buy another for a week now, about to break down and get the new one anyway! Can always sell the other after, right?

Yeah that's a way to look at it...lol. I'm thinking I might have to hold off until after Christmas time for my next NICE purchase. My wife doesn't really care if it costs about $0-800 but once it reaches that magical 1k plus mark then I am asked if I really need it, then what could we buy with the money if I didn't use it. lol

A guy at a gun shop up here says when his wife asks him if that's a new gun he tells here it's the same one he's had. He said they don't pay any attention. Problem is my wife shoots and she knows the difference. I feel your pain and understand the addiction. I guess I'll have to chill until after Christmas myself. I guess I don't need anymore....well maybe just one.

Luckily my wife does'nt kow the difference either. Last year I picked up a new kimber custom covert and told her I did'nt know why there was no money in our account.

All of a sudden I started wining auctions that I was bidding on that I was sure someone would over bid. I have two firearms that I have bought but never shot and have since bought a "better" one for my collection.

The worse thing is most of them are C&R so guess who signs for them when they show up. "Honey, what was in that box?"

I've had the disease for a while. The ongoing joke in my house is "Hey honey - how much did that gun cost?"

"6 bucks babe..."

Now she is getting smart - .... "let me guess, $6 bucks right?"

Who would have thought you can find a 50 cal for $6 bucks

I'm on lockdown from the fray right now. If I had not just sold one, I would not be buying one Friday.

Actually, the Boss says I have to get a bigger safe before I buy any more guns. I think she is tired of finding a gun in almost every drawer she opens...
