Marlin 1894 Trapper 10mm lever gun?!?!?

357 magnum is almost identical in ballistics. Took this last weekend with mine!
Yes I said in an earlier post in this thread that the 357 and 44 mag had all the bases covered. No need for another gun that takes a special ammo that's only available by one manufacturer. I would think that finding ammo readily for that could be a task. Another gimmick to try and sell some odd one off firearm.

That deer has a nice little set of antlers there. But I noticed he got the last act of defiance by sticking his tongue out at you and us too. LOL

I like my Glock 20 mos with Double Tap 200 grain controlled expansion 1250 fps and 694 foot pounds of energy. I have some 135 grain Double Tap that have 1600fps velocity and 767 foot pounds of energy out of Glock 20 but I like the heavier bullet . The Glock is easy to carry in inside the waist holster and stick extra mag in pocket to have 31 rounds.

plenty of companies making 10mm ammo. Hornady just came out with the Leverolution or whatever it's called in the 10mm so they could have something "new" for the 10mm lever gun.

They did the same thing with 45-70 to attempt to give it better ballisics but at the end of the day it's a solid 100-200 yard cartridge, so no need for higher BC bullets. Plus in the 45-70, the cases are actually shorter than standard causing issues if you want to reload standard bullets in that specific brass.

So it's not some type of rimmed cartridge? I thought maybe it was. Must have missed it on the ammo pic. Still the 357 and 44 mag is good enough.
