It's safe to say, dont invade a beach with an ak ( or at least dont drop it while your there). Other than that you just should not drop the ar-15 period. You owe me 5 bucks NWsharpshooter!

That's cool but we agreed to post original tests, not retakes. Mag issues included. I also thought you were going to let me approve the video first before posting. I'm sp bit surprised here Scott.Failed with 2 different untested mags. I had it in the original video but I had to cut it out to get the video under 10 minutes. I mentioned the failures but couldn't fit them in the video.

The one that really got the AR was burying it with the bolt back. The cam pin had so much dirt and mud on it that it couldn't even rotate. It took me 10 minutes to get the gun apart and clean the gunk out before it started working again.
I think unless you drop your AR in the mud with the bolt back, you should be ok. It passed the other two bury tests with no problems at all.

The first time we did it I was using untested mags and got 4 or 5 failure to feeds however the way they were failing led me to believe it was mag related, not mud or water. We reshot that test with the known good mag and still had the failure to feed on the first shot.
