Wow, Farmers Market used to be a good show...

Uh...."Forest park show was a bust for me, selection down , but got 1k rnds of federal .223 for 280.00 out the door. Not too bad ."

Hahahaj my brain completely overlooked the federal. I just read "got 1k rds of .223 for 280.00" I guess I saw 223 and 280 and didn't complete reading.

This is what one of my buddies said too. Small.

It's a pretty decent size show.... I don't know bout small... Probably as big as civic center if not bigger.

Was the Cartersville show crowded like the one in the spring?

I got there just after Noon Saturday, and there was a good crowd. They all shove in too many tables, have too narrow aisles, so there's little space to stop and look. It was nothing nearly as bad as it can be at the Cobb Civic Center though.

I like a good turnout though. I trade with individuals more often than the exhibitors at most. It was my first visit to that show, and I'm sure I'll be back.

Cartersville it was a joke, the first idiot selling ammo. as you walk in takes my G17 and shows me a CDNN add and says we buy these new here for $379. (they were G22 PD trade ins)

Yup same old dealers same old prices that you could get in stores... I thought it was a joke too. Oh well.

well i tell ya gunrunners or rk shows all suck compared to what the eastman shows used to be ,I don;t understand why they are having less and less shows ?eastmans that is

Cause all the local gun stores boycotting Eastman. Today I was at RK and I overheard a store saying "we will be here and here with Gunrunner or RK, we don't do Eastman". LOL

Everything sucks, compared to "used to be".


I remember going to shows in the early '90's, nothing compares today.
