That’s something I’ve never noticed, but I haven’t paid a lot of attention to the SFAR. We have a couple in stock, I’ll have to check that out.

Yup it's a design flaw. They had to use a small handguard but something banging the barrel every shot is bad for accuracy.

Yeah check em out I'd like to know if they're all like this.

I kept shopping for new hand guards but anything that would fit would put me in the same boat. I could either pay 150-400 dollars for a shorter hand guard that might not fit or just modify the one I have. Seemed like an easy choice.

Hey I am all for it. With that rifle you gotta do what you gotta do. If there are no options create one.
