Here's the thing - if someone DMs you and asks you if it's still available, and you answer "yes" - are they really under any obligation to say they've reconsidered and they're not interested after all?

Now, if they say they'll take it and then ghost you, that's a different matter.

I’m not on FagBook but from what I hear, stuff actually sells on Marketplace so no, this is definitely NOT the new FB Marketplace.
