PSA is a love or hate relationship.
I like their stuff, they've come a long way on their ARs, AKs, and now pistols.
I have one of their m4orgiers and it's been fine, I bought one of their ak GF3s for a range gun and it's been fine, I have one of their dagger slides and it's been fine.
I don't buy the "we want to arm Americans and that's why we are in business" line, they make shootable stuff at buy able prices to make money not arm patriots. Don't sell me that BS.

As far as customer service you have to get the guy in charge of CS to help you , i called them out on FB for canted sights on my akgf3 they sent out a shipping label and fixed it right and got it back quick. And they replaced the barrel on my dagger with no issues . So you just have to be persistent they will fix it.
If you're worried about canted sights, you might also stop by their Savannah store and pick one out in person to try and eyeball it before purchase.
Of course money is the number one priority for them, but knowing several of their sales reps, and following how they handle the political BS that hits our industry I don't doubt their mission statement at all.

I have a PSA weapon that, I traded for here on ODT, fired it last week. It was accurate and had no problems. It's not my primary weapon, but it will put someone down.
I have a PSA AR15 and it is not bad at all, but I have only fired a couple hundred rounds through it, so definitely not a thorough test. It was fair priced, though, and it feels like very decent quality. It is accurate.
I had a PSA AKV-9 that was very decent too. Build quality was excellent. Again, I did not fire it enough to give a long term opinion, but it gave me no problems. I just traded it today because I did not shoot it enough, but I may end up regretting it.

I have sold several thousand PSA rifles, uppers etc. over the years. I have never even heard of canted sights except on AKs built by Century Arms maybe. I have never had a customer complaint about that situation or even read of a complaint of canted sights. I own two of their firearms at the moment. One m4 style carbine and one of their Daggers.

I've sold more PSA products than anything else, and have had very few issues and all were resolved professionally by PSA.
I'm sure you can say as same as me that being a small gun business PSA is the friendliest large company to us. They didn't forget were they came from.
