When my daughter's "starter marriage" went down in flames, being too busy for the dating games and friends trying to fix her up, she went to match.com.
I was like, "great, cue the weirdos".
Shocker... she met a great guy on there. Also a busy professional who was a little on the bashful side.
Unlike her first marriage, a destination wedding at a Mexican resort, we attended their wedding at the courthouse in Winston-Salem, NC, along with her mom and my husband-in-law.
Bottom line...sometimes those dating sites work.
