I was resizing some 300 Win Mag brass I picked up a while ago and this happened!

I have pulled stuck cases before but this is a new one

I was not really even forcing it

Fired one too many times…..I have seen that happen during firing in the chamber, but never in the die.

Incipient case head separation. Like has been said - I’d be checking all the others too.

Was not originally fired in my rifle so I'll probly end up scraping the lot

I made a tool out of coat hanger wire. Annealed an end, sharpened it then bent it at 90 degree angle. Put into case through neck, when it hits the case head drag it up along the interior case wall. If you feel a slight snag, remove the tool, pinch the case neck closed with a pliers and toss it into the scrap bucket.

^^^ what he said. Could have been loaded hot, could have been an out of spec chamber, could just be worn out but using a wire feeler inside you can check your other brass
