Do I really need all these firearms? I use to think of certain scenarios where I might need something so I had to buy it.

Dumb quote but a little truth can be found in it.
This started the debates and arguments about " if you could only have one gun, what would it be ? " Still going on today. So ?
 
At times I wish I bought VOO instead of a a bunch of the stuff I have. I could arguably be "good" forever with a snub 357, lever 357, and maybe a shotgun. It would cover all my actual, realistic firearm needs. That said, it's too late now and I do enjoy the stuff I have. When I don't, I move it on for something else.

357 or 38 air light snub nosed revolver with a 2-3" barrel. Super easy to carry around the house or to the store, decent enough to shoot snake shot or full bear loads, accurate enough to reasonable self defense distances, and in non-wartime America a self defense/home defense shooting ends after the first round is fired from resistance.
