Been digging for info, and just came across this

Looks like it may have been pushed back. All the early articles said more info would be released closer to the event, but I've not seen any new articles. I hope it's still happening tomorrow, as I don't want to request another day off work

Edit: just noticed the poster says July 19, buy the event says June 19.

It does look like the go fund me page was deleted, and it says you can send donations to the church I mentioned above, so I'm still guessing it will be there

Good find! I already told the boss I didn't need the day off tmrw. Looks like I'll just change the date. Still no location I see. I like how it says 9~3 (resources pending). I wonder how long their $130 will last? I'll be ready to pick up some of their slack!

I don't recon any of the Dealer wannabees (BOS) could bring themselves to purchase these guns from random people on the street, or will they wave the paperwork for a steal of a deal?

"This post is to update you on the gun buy back being coordinated by the community organization S.A.V.E, Stop Atlanta Violence Effectively. The gun buy back that had been scheduled for Monday has been postponed.

S.A.V.E. founder, Dr. R.L. White says it is important to note the organization was not established with the intent of disarming Atlanta. The gun buy back is an opportunity for people who want to discard weapons to have a way to do so safely. This effort is a partnership formed earlier this year by persons committed to preventing gun violence in Metro Atlanta.

The fundraising campaign continues. Donations can be sent to Dr. R.L. White of Mt. Ephraim Baptist in Atlanta.
