Once you get inside crack the rear windows and put the a/c on outside air. Run that way for a few minutes to blow the hot air out then close the windows and switch to recirculation mode.

I don't care about me being hot I just don't want my new truck melting. I've had my days in the heat and it doesn't bother me. My boots melted on the concrete in Iraq and I worked in attics mid summer. I'm no stranger to heat.
