That's a little steep I think.. But.. If that's the prices around you you gotta figure how much is driving all over creation worth in gas and time..

most stores i've seen are around 549.00. i've seen cheaper online, but when you add the fees. its about the same.

Go gen 3. They will do everything the gen 4 will do and you can get them for $425-450 on here

The new GSSF program says you cannot buy a firearm at a discounted price if you purchases only a 1 year GSSF membership, for the fist 12 months. If you renew, at then end of your first year membeership, for one year, you should receive the coupon then. Or you can buy a 1 year Family membership, and buy or as the other posster said, the multi-year deal.

I too would go with a Gen 3, for many reasons, but it's purely preference for me so I won't get into the Gen 3 versus Gen 4.
