To be honest I’m not sure what this gun is worth. I know I will be selling/trading it at some point but I have to do more research. It is not in perfect condition by any means.

Y’all have been a fantastic Help! Can’t believe in 20 minutes I have unearthed the background on this Smith & Wesson lol. Well if anyone is interested I’ll be posting the gun in the classifieds soon for sell or trade as I would rather it go to someone who appreciates these revolvers.

I've seen 2 28's that were convincingly cut down to 3 1/2, and 1 that was cut to 3"

This one likely shipped with "Coke" grips. Go look for a set of those if you thought ODT prices were high. lol
