Hawk chick. Tell the DRN where it is and they will probably send someone out to get it. They are protected and the DNR will rescue and raise it.

Looks like an owl
I wonder if it is both, hawk and owl. There is such a thing as a Hawk Owl, but you usually don't see them this far south.
nah, i dont think its a spotted owl tommy.
Ground check it......lol.
