Help me with my next build??

so I am getting close to finishing a new ar15 build and I want to start on another project soon. I'm kinda stumped at the moment. So I come to you guys for help!! What should I build next? I want something no one else has. I want something with a heavy barrel and a round bigger than 243.

* Something with range
* heavy barrel
* Tactical
* less than 22 inch barrel
* Bolt action platform
* Big enough rnd for hunting
* Accuracy
*minimum recoil

So where should I start? What caliber? Brand? Platform? Optics?
