HELP PLEASE!!!!!

#2 & #4 traps are good. If you are not the trapper kind, the have a heart traps are ok but must be attended to or the beavers will demolish them quick like. Just fyi, Beaver pelt is high dollar so get in the business
Just curious, how much are the pelts worth? I have a pesky rather large boading on huge that is trying to build a Donald Trump style dam under our dock

I have a beaver problem on some of my hunting property. I don't have the time to sit and try to kill em all nor has that approach been that successful at slowing them down. Anyone have experience trapping them that would be interested or any other effective ways to get rid of the bastards?
Good luck man. Spend the money and hire a professional to trap them before they make life more difficult for you. Unfortunately I don't have the time or expertise to set and tend traps myself. I had a problem with them years ago that I was fortunately able to solve with a rifle but if I had a serious infestation I would call in the experts.

I can't believe nobody has offered to sit and wait with their rifle yet.
I personally would use (have a heart) traps then shoot them in the heart once they are in the trap.
I would say things like ...."This is for my flooded field" Boom!.... and "This is for the nice persimmon tree you felled.".....Boom!
Then hang their stinking corpses near the dam.
..... Things like that.
I used to live in Beaver County Pennsylvania....we had more raccoons than beavers.

You have to either trap or shoot them. Blowing up the dams only offers a temporary fix, because as long as you let them stay they'll just rebuild. Good luck!
