Help with Dan Wesson revolver

Alright fellows, a guy I know has this Dan Wesson revolver and Is looking to sell it. He has had the gun for 20+ years and is the second owner. No box no docs. I couldn't find a model number it just said Dan Wesson CTG.

Any idea a value? He wants to sell it and I want to make sure it's a good deal

357 mag. I just saw where I might can find the model number inside the frame where the cylinder is. I'm gonna try to get back with him so I can see it.

Any idea on a value. The gun is in excellent condition. The present owner has never shot it. Small ring around cylinder, blueing is probably 98% no wear on grips.

I don't know much about Dan Wesson, are these good guns? In your opinion, would you shoot it or put it in the safe?

It's not a 15. The 15 has an adjustable rear sight and target grips.
