Hey odt I can’t figure it out so I’m going to ask yall. If I buy a single break barrel shotgun and cut the stock off can I have the barrel cut short to make it a single shot 20g little truck gun or would I need a stamp?

B. You can get a single barrel 20ga that folds in half. They're not spendy. You get a full size, useful gun when you unfold them. If you look hard, you can find one made by Beretta. Those are kind of nice.

Ny thing is I’m removing it completely to make a little truck gun can I make a shorter gun since without a stock it’s no longer a shotgun

It’s still going to be classified as a shotgun because that’s what it was when it was originally made.
If you want to be legal shorten the barrel to between 18 and 20” and don’t alter the stock to keep your overall length legal.
If it started off as a stocked shotgun you need a stamp to shorten it beyond the limits shown above.
