While I admitted I was wrong and had come across bad info in the forums and failed to cross-reference. I was accidentally right about it being a police pistol. Thanks to GA collectors clear reference, I actually knew where to look and what to look for. Zoom in on the left side and sure enough - although it's not chalked, there is in fact an eagle/F on the trigger guard of Just Plain Bill's 38h. As well as his serial # making it one digit away from being a consecutive pistol to the confirmed police issue 38h in GA collectors reference. I rest my case.
