X41 turtle beach are the best.
I've spent more on headsets but those are the best. Find on amazon.

Ive got the turle beach X12s they are nice and cheap too but can't use them because I have xbox one now

IIRC if you brought the Turtle Beaches from Turtle Beach they would give you a credit towards getting ones for the XBOX One.

I picked up a Steelseries Siberia v2 for my son and I. We play BF4 and he is also in a "clan".
