Hey I'm Robin in Colorado - Atlanta born

I hit on this site by receiving an email from a cousin in Va who was impressed with the video of difference in impacts of 9mm to 50 cal rounds. I got more and more curious to see how my Georgia relatives were at evaluating the firearms that I am a holder of, two hands, two guns.Well not actually, but most wouldn't count my Daisey air rifle that keeps me in paper punching shape in my basement. I may know some alumni kin from Murphy or Grady High School ( Class of '65). Oh yea, I'm really old ! I grew up on Warren St in Kirkwood and went to KW Elem. When I graduated from Grady in '65 and started at Tech, the attraction of the Marine Corps and adventure in Viet Nam were too much so I lit out of my red clay home soil for other places with exotic names and eventually rotated back to the world in Calif ( El Toro). I captured a real Calif girl and have never been able to get loose from her in 43 years. My 37 year career dropped me in Colorado and our 7 grand-ones have held us here lie super glue.
Oh yeah, I get long winded sometimes.......

Welcome to the ODT Robin. Spent a week in Colorado Springs once. Did the usual toursit stuff, Pike's Peak, Cripple Creek, Garden of the Gods. Beautiful country.
