The one i am referencing is the neighborhood right across from family traditions restaurant on 140. There is an offshoot at the front of my neighborhood that is its own neighborhood and now mostly filled with habitat houses. It is hard to keep all the developments straight around there as there are at least 5 that I can think of off the top of my head.
I don't know anything about any of the others, but most of them look nice.

When i first moved to Acworth from Marietta years ago I lived down the street from a huge new apartment complex. Well, back then there wasn't enough folks moving to Acworth so the apartment complex struggled. After two years they went Section 8 and the entire area became and still is ghetto. I sold my house at a loss because of this scum.

I stopped by there last night, they drove a truck through the window, knocked a few high dollar safes across the room. Busted out about four glass cabinets, grabbed a bunch of glocks and some random pistols, and took a bunch of ARs off the wall. Left the stolen truck in the building and rode off in something else, they hit it at 530am, holly springs shift change is at 6am. They knew what they were doing, wouldn't be surprised if it was the same group that broke in the last couple of times. I grew up in hickory flat, it's a damn shame this crap is happening out here. I hope they catch them this time.

Seems that some more substantial security would be in order at this point. Whether it's dogs, concrete posts surrounding building, lava filled moat, or locking up guns every night, something needs to change. That's between then and their insurance though...
