Hi Point AR-15

What do you think? I love my cheap carbines. They're ugly and have crappy triggers. AR-15's are a different animal. There's so many cheap poorly made AR's I wonder if Hi-Point fans will rush to grab one.

HiPoint fans will be all over this imo. Can't be any worse than Anderson. Has to be better than Bear Creek.

If I didn't already have 5 I would give it a shot. Afterall...it's a "Factory Built Rifle". I'm glad to see Hi Point expanding their lineup. But personally I wish they would offer us a 995/1095/4595 that uses Glock mags. But then again maybe they don't wanna work three shifts seven days a week. Cause that would be a home run product upgrade right there.

They will probably dovetail nicely with the AR's from S&W/Ruger/Radical/PSA/Great Lakes/etc.

I want to use a HiPoint carbine to take the cmshoot challenge in his carbine class. I am curious if it could make it through the class without failing.

I've only had one person take me up on that, and they used a .45ACP Hi-Point Carbine. Constant issues all day.

I would use the 9mm because it appears to have the best track record. I would definitely bring a backup.

Nope. A singular Hi-Point firearm must make it through the day, with no stoppages or malfunctions, in order to win the challenge.
