Hi Point AR-15

Lifetime warranties for sure bring peace of mind, but, unfortunately, a turd can still be a turd.
Again...I feel like their AR assembly process and facilities will be a completely separate part of the company. Plus we don't yet know how many parts they're sourcing from bigger companies already setup to make the smaller parts much quicker and cheaper. So I doubt that their AR line will suffer from any of the perceived issues of any of their other guns. So basically I wouldn't expect it to suck any more or less than a factory assembled PSA Del Ton Anderson etc.
On a side note I'm wondering if this will get them into the blowback AR 9 bidness or if they're afraid that would hurt sales of the 995.

I love your optimism and sincerely hope the same. I do think Hi-Point gets an unnecessary amount of hate, but some of it is justified.

PSA definitely is a slight bit hyped in terms of their ARs, though I’ve nearly (but didn’t) bought a JAKL, an AR pistol, and even an AR-15 from them. I still think you have to pay for quality these days, but that’s not just firearms; that’s everything.
