Craig Mains is hiking the Appalachian Trail again this year. Positive, knowledgeable guy on views, equipment, and off trail stuff. A great show for coffee and breakfast!!!

Guy has successfully hiked the AT 7 of 8 attempts. A bruised tailbone and insufficient time to do the trail pulled him out a couple of years back.

Already at the Fontana Dam. About to inter the Smokies. Does a lot of sunrise/sunset videos.
