Anyone is welcome at my shop anytime. My unofficial hours are 10am-6pm (I'm usually there till about 8pm though), just call ahead or message first to make sure I'm going to be there and not out selling my body on the street that day.

Yes sir USPS should be under $7 for just a handgaurd or rail. Just put your contact info in the box and I'll send a bill when it's on its way back. Thanks!
