Iâm sorry if this question has been asked before.
But I was wondering if anybody has everdealt with Hinterlandoutfitters.com? They have a few firearms that I aminterested in. But with all the scamming going on I feel a little hesitant to purchasingfrom this company specially since I have never heard of them or anyone else talkabout them. I found them on a web search (Google).
After doing a Google and a Bing search on this company Ifound little info about them. What I did find, was that they do have an FFLwith a street and P.O. Box addresses. And when I Map quest and GoogleEarth search showed that their physical address is in Houston, TX. And I know that map quest and google mapsare not always accurate on the search. But what they showed was that theaddress ended in the middle of a street between an apartment complex and whatlooks like a vacant parking lot. There are a few warehouses in the area, butthis is what the map showed.
The other info I found was that they are on Facebook with aaccount history way back since 2009 to present. They also have over 2,500âLikesâ.
They also have an A rating on the Better Business Bureau(which I know holds little water with some people).
I also checked out other places that review companies and seemed positive. Even though Iâm not to sure of the legitimacy of thosereviewer web sites?!?!?!?!?!
I no it sounds like I donât trust anything or anybody, butthat is not the case. I have bought plenty of guns and ammo from a lot ofvenders (Buds Gun shop, Midway USA, Gunbroker, Cheaper than Dirt, and the list goes onâ¦â¦). But all of the companies I listed have areputation to go on (Good or Bad). The company in question, I have almost noinfo on, and no one to confirm weather it is legit or not.
I would feel a lot better hearing if anyone on here has dealtwith this company or any other info about them. Thank you!
