I reload for 300 BO and have a couple rifles, but I have never had the chance to take a deer or hog with them as of yet, although I wouldn't hesitate to use one in the field (as long as range wasn't an issue-150 or less IMO).

I have killed several dozen if not hundred with mine. I use 110 ballistic tips hoping they will make it out of the field a lot don’t.as you can tell I hate hogs.
