Kydex or similar. My favorite rig is the Safariland 6004-25 platform. Not nearly as low as other rigs; just low enough to clear a vest or plate carrier.

Comp Tac international OWB has plenty of room for suppressor sights

R and R holsters. They are on eBay and Amazon. They are also a lot less expensive than some of the others mentioned.

For the holsters I plan to wear OWB, and train with, it needs to have a good front clearance or lower opening. The muzzle needs to clear the front quick, and easily without having to be brought up higher to clear the kydex or plastic. I use a Blade Tech for SP01. It looks alot like the Comp Tac above. That lower front clearance means a ton to me for speed and ease of draw.
