Holster requirement

Really never saw a problem with a required holster law... Kind if like the helmet law.. Gelranted it should be your choice whether or nOt you wanna be walking around walmart picking your gun up after it falls out your pants or blown your hoodlike off and turning it into a chacha because something in your pocket or a woman's purse snagged the trigger, but there are numerous reasons why I never had a prob w the requiredholster law.
I had this happen once many years ago even though I did have on a holster. It was an el cheapo Uncle Mike's or something...one of those nylon deals with the little metal clip, IWB. Went to hike my pants up and the whole thing, holster and all, fell right out onto the floor. It was in a very crowded location in the mall. Luckily it was also very loud, so no one heard the thud, so I just stooped down to grab it and ran off to the nearby bathroom to fix myself.
Since then, I have significantly upgraded my holster situation.
I carry without one all the time. I use my front pocket. It cocks it sideways and you can't even see t when I cc. The only time uv ever dropped a gun while carrying was with a leather holster. It had a metal clip for iwb and belt loops for owb. I decided to use the clip and after about 2 hours, THUD. thankfully it was a night job and I was the only one around lol.
Pocket carry is extremely viable in the heat of summer down here. I say no to a holster requirement. On a side note, I encourage everybody to grab some basic training before packing a firearm.
