$100 per sq ft is a number I have heard but not in the past few years. That is awesome and it doesn’t look like he is dragging his feet at all.

For something like this in cartersville it would cost well over $500k... trust me , we looked before deciding to build... yes I’m very impressed with him.. anyone that wants his contact info holler at me - he builds metal buildings too

His number is likely lower due to an expedited schedule. The faster he gets his workers in and out the lower his overhead and higher shared savings by all subcontractors on the project. Keep a close eye on finishes if he tries to employ the same process. Punch as the work is ongoing for faster corrections, and less warranty work, we use post-its or blue painters tape.

A mistake many people make buying raw land and can be costly in the future. Check the county land use plan to ensure no commercial, industrial or manufacturing zoning is in a close proximity. A friend of mine failed to do so and lives next to a junk yard.
