I can stews, soups and green beans, collards, cabbage etc. from my garden and it’s not hard you just have to follow the “canning” rules concerning pressure and time. It’s a fun hobby and it’s nice having vegetables and meals to eat in the winter and you know where it came from. Good luck!Nice! I am looking at getting one
