Deer Stew

I have some back strap and have never used it for stew..Normally I use the neck meat, but I thought what the heck..

Rounded up all the veggies and cut the Back Strap

Browned the meat and into the Crock Pot with Beef stock and seasoning. Now will stir ever 2 hrs and should be ready in 8 hrs.
