Lesson learned here is to always talk to the FFL before you have anything shipped there, always. A visit is even better.

I don't blame the FFL if that is their policy - it's on you for not doing your homework in advance...

I did talk to the shop owner. He is the one that walked me through the process. Never said anything about not accepting from a person. I called him every day. He never said there was a problem. Now denies it ever happened.
NO otts is the one that has helped me out. And it,s not the one in down town Hiram than is the prick.
Lesson learned the hard way. Again
