I just finished a 1 hour conference call with my boss...

Got reamed for my collections numbers and process of collecting funds on past due accounts.

At the EOM I'm under 1.5% while the 2nd best location is at 16.8%

Even though I'm 12% above actual net monthly chargeable gross... I get a corporate call reaming me?

Simple breakdown is 144k possible monthly charge yet I'm actually overcharging aprox 18k monthly plus late fees and collecting it....
