A lawsuit filed against Texas Pete hot sauce claims that makers knowingly capitalized on consumers’ desire for authentic Texan cuisine.

Those are all slightly pepper flavored vinegars, yuk…

That one on the left is not for the feint of heart, the red if very flavorful but still quite “Zesty” LOL If you are used to vinegar water “hot” sauce try this very sparing, like a few drops in a whole bowl of chili. Dump it in like the above mentioned vinegar abomination, and your face and eyes will melt.
The red isn’t quite as bad, but if you are not an experienced fan of hot sauces, you can still hurt yourself.
The Valentino “Moi Picante” or “extra hot version like this is very flavorful not as hot as the other two, but it’s my favorite. I mix it 50/50 with ketchup for a dipping sauce you can enjoy, but you will still want to come out of your clothes… LOL

I love it all! Depends on what I’m eating.

Although, I know this is heresy but I like Louisiana Brand Hot sauce, (the hot Braves prospect -lol) for general use. Eggs, hamburgers, mix a little in the ketchup for fries.
