How are you guys storing 12g for very long term.

I've been shooting the same 12ga ammo for years. Left them in the original boxes and put them in a .50 cal can. Not climate controlled. They've been fine.

I shot a lot of surplus 30-06 in the early 90s that was produced in the 1950s. Stored in ammo cans. Never a hiccup.
 
Thanks guys. Yeah to be clear Im currently shooting stuff from 2013. But PSA recently had a sale on Winchester 00 buck and I bought a ton. The boxes are annoying and take up too much room in the safe. Im thinking maybe a 20mm or 40mm can.

The 20's work real good for shotgun ammo, and I use the 40's for rifle and pistol.
