How broke is the odt right now.

I’ve been noticing this for a while but does anyone actually have spare money right now. I know with the state of things money is tight right now, but I know some of you must have some money. What do you do all day? Pan handle, collect aluminum cans, check bus seats for loose change? I can’t seem to get a single offer that doesn’t include enough stuff to start my own pawn shop. Come on people we need to start selling off our organs or renting out our wood shed to a zoomer for some semblance of income.

If I market something and it doesn't actually sell, I just turn around and buy another of the same item and then market the "set" for a much higher price.

I saw a new Aero Precision AR-10 rifle, never shot and it had a rattle can paint job but looked good. 700 bucks! It was advertised last night or this morning and is already gone. Now that was a deal! No! That's what I call a hell of a deal!

Just look in the business pages and you'll quickly figure out that for most regular folks money is tight right now. You can see it in sales reports from the fast food industry - transaction counts and check averages for places like McDonald's, Starbucks, etc are down significantly since the beginning of the year. Frito Lay reported a drop in sales on their chips and more basic items. Grocery stores report more consumers looking to generic and house brands over name brands.

People have been pummeled by two years of hyper inflation. The Covid savings are gone and real wages have not grown since 2019. Jobs numbers look ok until you go behind them to see that we are losing full time jobs and only part time is growing right now.

In terms of ODT, most things on here are overpriced. Used Glocks for $400-$500, etc. You can usually find better deals online for the same gun, brand new, for only a little more than what people are asking here. I saw a guy trying to sell his used 10mm P220 Legion for something like $1200 or $1400. You can get a brand new *optics ready* SAO version of the same gun online for $999 right now. That's just one example.

Excellent points. Any gun in the Classifieds 90% of the ones I would be interested in are significantly less at Buds Gun Shop. If you want to go up one step than what you are looking for they have Lay-away for just about any monthly program. I haven't used it but it's there if you need it. I have purchased a few guns there and it's at you FFL in 3 to 5 days. Always check there before you buy anything! The Aero Precision products are priced at least 25% cheaper than the Aero site. Got to shop around and be patient. Most people when pricing their crap use the Manufacturer to price it out. Totally oblivious to the fact that it can be bought much cheaper somewhere else. They really expect us to jump at that horse ****!
